Camtasia 2018®, Storyline 360®, Adobe® Audition®, Photoshop®, Illustrator®

In spring 2019, I created a curriculum to train T-Mobile employees on using Webex for desktop app and conference room solutions. The curriculum included a series of video tutorials, an eLearning introduction, several job aids, and links to external resources. The video tutorials were developed in Camtasia 2018 and included animation, audio narration, and a background soundtrack. The full curriculum was hosted on a Cornerstone® LMS.

Features

Zoom, pan, and spotlight effects were used to highlight specific areas within the videos. Video overlays were also added after a review cycle identified additional product features that needed to be shown in the tutorials.
